if you follow the pictures and tips you will replace the lcd/touch assy very very easy.
Whole process takes me aprox 22 minutes this was Iphone 4 number 94 that i replace lcd, practice makes perfection.
PS: NO THE LCD AND TOUCH CAMES AS ONE PART DO NOT BUY LCD AND TOUCH SEPARETE
